What your work looks like
Visit Farmers
Visit assigned farmers to collect data, carry out compliance checks, and support input distribution as scheduled in the app.
Map Farms
Use GPS mapping in the Complete Farmer mobile app to capture accurate farm boundaries and land size for registered farmers.
Support
Assist with moving harvested produce from farms to Complete Farmer collection centres to support aggregation and more.
Submit Updates
Upload task updates, photos, and reports through the mobile app once field work is completed.

What we are looking for to hire
Are 18–40 years old and based in a farming community
You have at least a Senior High School (SHS) certificate.
You speak the local language and have basic English communication skills.
You have experience working with farmers or in field operations.
Can use a smartphone confidently
You own or have access to a motorbike for field movement.
Training and support across Ghana
You won't be left on your own. All agents receive onboarding, clear task guidelines, and ongoing support from CF's field, agronomy, and operations teams.
