Everything I know about the corporate world, I have learnt from Complete Farmer. I have had a lot of ups and downs during my time here. On a personal level, I would say my journey at Complete Farmer has been one of the most important life-defining experiences. I have developed time management, organizational skills among others thanks to my time here. Complete Farmer has become my family during the past 3 years and I hope to continue to be a part of this wonderful family for many years to come.
Executive Assistant (Executive)
My work experience at Complete Farmer has been a positive one. I am happy with the amount of things that I have learned and experienced, and keep learning. Even though it has its hard times, equally it has its good and fun times. Personally, I think Complete Farmer has to be one of the best places I have worked for so far. I ended up learning a lot more than I thought I would be able to in the time span, and it has been a good experience.
Finance Assistant (Finance Team)
I have worked with Complete Farmer for two years now and the youthful exuberance in this place is amazing. There is this thrill and healthy competition in the company that always pushes you to want to learn new things and be very innovative in executing daily activities. There are several times I have had to study throughout the night and push beyond my limits just to be able to execute an assigned task. The standards on work outcomes are very high, and the rate of growth is absurdly fast. You have to catch up and that’s no easy task. The pains and frustrations are real but the journey is fulfilling and the people and mission are worth every bit of the efforts. I got to say, it is such an incredible experience working here.
Field Admin (Operations Team)
Eligible employees may participate in the health insurance plan subject to all terms and conditions of the agreement between (Complete Farmer Limited) & the insurance carrier.
Paid annual vacation
This is available to eligible employees to provide opportunities for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits. Eligible employees are able to earn and use vacation time as described in the Complete Farmer company policy
Military service leave
Employees serving in the uniformed services, including the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard and Public Health Service commi- ssioned corps, as well as the reserve components of each of these services, may take unpaid military leave, as needed, to enable them to fulfil their obligations.
Certain relocation benefits may be provided to facilitate the transition. Relocation may be available to any eligible transferred employee who must relocate in order to reside within 45 miles of the new place of work.
There’s an educational assistance program that encourages personal development through formal education so that employees can maintain and improve job-related skills or enhance their ability to compete for reasonably attainable jobs within Complete Farmer Limited.
National and state equal opportunity laws generally require employers to accommodate the religious beliefs of employees, but do not require them to provide paid leave. The company respects your religious beliefs, however, and therefore, will provide 3 days of paid leave to employees who, for religious reasons, must be away from the office on days of normal operation. Employees who require additional time off may use vacation and/or personal days. This leave must be requested through the department head two weeks prior to the event.
